i visited a three tear water fall on easter monday.
snuck behind the fall … true beauty.
i am back in music land,
creating odes to the smiths and danzig,
as always.
dig into every one of your minutes.

Melissa,
It’s always inspiring to come to your page and see how much you appreciate the littlest of things in life. Please don’t ever change! I wish you the best with the new music, and *like many others* can’t wait to hear it.
Cheers!
Good to hear
As your creating odes to the smiths and danzing, we’ve been recording odes to you & moufette! You will hopefully hear one day soon

Hi MELISSA,
Water, everybody needs water
Like everybody needs Love
And the noise of water falls is like to be under hypnosis. It’s help to forget problems, to heal hurts and pains.
NATURE can heal people when men can’t do anything for their fellow men.
About ODES: you must be very talented to put poems in musics!
I would like to meet YOU (again). Because I write poems and I would like to GIVE some of those to YOU.
I dig into one of my minutes and I found that I LOVE the BLACK LIPS GIRL !!!
WAS IT YOU ???
I must be an other of your obsessive fans!!! Hahaha!

thank you melissa for once again projecting pure beauty & inspiration
flame trees & peter garrett
this article on peter garrett (midnight oil) and this video clip pushed me into a blubbering mess this morning
maybe it was my close friend’s eternal quest for his ‘type’ (sarah blasko)
maybe it was reading that ‘flame trees’ was written about grafton (near corindi beach where i spent my childhood holidays)
maybe it was about the creative poverty that garrett talks about and my artist friends endure
maybe it was about my wife’s struggles and her loveless father
maybe it was about how hollow i feel about australia at the moment
maybe it was about my st kilda (football team) dream
maybe it is because i’m a sentimental fool
ode to josh
i love how music unites people across the globe. belgian’s soulwax (this week’s rage programmers) are full of admiration for josh click here – i respect soulwax’s message in NY Excuse.
‘millionaire’ (another belgian band & good friends with soulwax) supported qotsa across europe & america. josh produced their second album. “i’m on a high” received lots of air coverage on triple j last year. their clip “champagne” click here was part of soulwax’s video set and contains incredible skater/blader footage through the streets of paris.
i’m planning to devote hours to moz’s new album on a 11 hour road trip to melbourne next week.

You always have beautiful things to say! It seems that the ‘theme’ I’ve been hearing lately is to be in the present moment. May your work continue to flourish!

after a painful reaction i have analyzed a tear of mine. it was pure water with a bit of salt. nothing more, nothing less… than regular water.

Melissa, you’ve seen so many beautiful things. it makes me feel kinda lazy and wasteful, but in an inspiring sort of way.
Keep writing, music and blogs.

All the water in the world can’t wash the dirty MAN. But are great a peaceful all the landscapes with H2O(even when it is modified).
It’s weird. Last night I dreamt I was sinking and could breath underwater. And now I found this message about you visitting waterfalls (yeah, I do tend to associate things in strange ways).
Isn’t the silence you can hear when you’re underwater one of the most relaxing things ever? And what about the waves crashing on the shore? Water is definitely powerful.
Danzig…The Smiths. Not very familiar with them. I’ve listened to a couple of songs, but now I’m really curious.
Huge hug!
yay melissa
lovely to hear from u again, smiths and danzig sounds interesting, can’t wait!

I saw a three teared waterfall, but it wasn’t under such a pleasant experience.
I was lost in the Laurentians.
Thrall Demonsweat live is the essential Danzig piece.

Melissa for president
ps) sorry for my bad english. I’m an italian boy
Sit down honey, lets kill some time….. rest your head on…. this 4 tier waterfall of mine.
Ha
FOUR!!!!!!
So, what shall we gather round and talk about today folks?
Lemons? Nah, to predictable. Sheep? We’re getting closer…. People reaching for jack daniels & coke instead of vodka…..
NOW YOU’VE GONE TO FAR!!!!!
Take a step back, get comfortable and embrace…. embrace the knowlage that the average giraffe does infact have as many vertibre in its neck as a human… strange huh… NOT REALLY!!! But getting back to the matter at hand, during a recent visit to sleater-carey hospital for disabled nannies. Where we stole the possessions of the slightly incapable, and changed their things around to make them even more insane we also took the trouble to watch them, but not speak to them, for that would seem compassionate. However, not even messing with the handicapped is as bad as pretending to have tourrettes simply to stay in a open space longer than you are welcome….KATY
Well, 30 binge drinking hours later we had setlists, pictures and memories of randoms that were soon forgotten, just like the sun and the moon we danced the transdent dance through the childrens play area, traversing the plains of the world. Night and Day, Heaven & Earth. FRONT ROW CENTER & back.
WASHING MACHINES LIVE LONGER WITH CALGON!!!! *DING*
MISSIN YALL ALREADY!!!

Can I website link up to this, from my world-wide-web site? I’m planning to gather as many reasons for data as i am able.
Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Why? Because I was happy to discover how well-designed and fun to use the underappreciated (and widely mocked) Zunes are.
I like it! I like it a lot. You know exactly what youre talking about, exactly where other people are coming from on this issue. Im glad that I had the fortune to stumble across your blog. Its definitely an important issue that not enough people are talking about and Im glad that I got the chance to see all the angles.
You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this topic to be really something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
