change !

there is a long way to go,
to turn this trouble around,
but THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN !
even with the fraud and bullies,
some common sense has managed to shine through.

up hill battles,
and environmental nightmares still to come,
but the good in us, will TRY to overcome.

    Tides are turning.
    It is time already.
But what about all those who suffered needlessly?
    Who can comfort them?
Even though things are changing, no one will ever replace those who aren’t around any more.
Will any one take responsibility for it? I doubt it.
The weirdness of the human gender…
    Huge hug!

I was expecting a message from you about this 😉
I’ll keep my eyes open, as many will do, people have spoken but we still don’t know what is going to happen.
Words don’t count anymore, we need facts..

    Hi MELISSA
There is a really long way to go in everything not just in environmental questions! Environment it’s very important but there is more important than that… Even the rights of our children are not respected by our society and it’s really worst from the damned stupid governments of all around the world!

Even here in canada the rights of our CHILDREN are turn to ridicule by authorities and I have many examples that I could give to all of you any time…

I think Melissa that your father was a very honest man & politician.
But unfortunately it wasn’t and isn’t the case for the majority of officials and politicians of canada.

  7. DOMINIC Gauthier says:

But today I don’t know why, i don’t want to be too negative. It must be my “special” day or something like it!

Do you see Melissa the last video of GWEN Stefani disguise in a nun! I found this video interesting and very funny.

kisses, hugs, Peace & LOVE to you MELISSA from Dominic

The only universal constant is change so says the buddha, but theres no suggestion on the rate of change. I’d like to think that a particular political party having a few more seats in the government of one country will make alot of difference but alas I remain doubtfull. I’m affraid the only thing thats changed here in my home where I have to spend all my time is the plumbing no longer leaks, and just to affect that much change I had to do it myself and it has taken me years to achieve.

No reason to give up hope though I suppose.

Nothing is hopeless whilever there is Melissa.

I think it was confucius who said that as the world is such an improbable thing it can only work by a series of outrageous coincidence.

Hope you can see the multi-levels of irony in the closing scene from Planet of the Apes. did you know that charlton heston was a democrat in his younger years?

    from wikipedia

“In his earlier years, Heston was a Democrat, campaigning for Presidential candidates Adlai Stevenson in 1956 and John F. Kennedy in 1960. A civil rights activist, he accompanied Martin Luther King Jr. during the civil rights march held in Washington, D.C. in 1963. In 1968, following the assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy, Heston appeared on The Joey Bishop Show and, along with fellow actors Gregory Peck, Kirk Douglas and James Stewart, called for gun controls to be introduced by Congress. In 1969 Heston was asked by some Democrats to run for the California State Senate, a move that would have likely had bipartisan support in the state. He declined because he wanted to continue acting.”

oh yeah, i joined greenpeace, but i am not active, i’m paying every month, £5, i cannot see myself in a tiny boat trying to rich a fast ship on a sea with messages like stop, what you are doing! do not kill the seals! or , please, would you please do not kill the whales, something else must happened or we can just look forward to be to another level, another world, another space, but what about those who will have to live here. I’m thinkinking about my nice(Olivia, swimmer&tennis player)) right now, because we’ll be fine for another 10 years? And we cannot change in 10 years. China is growing(more pollution), Russia is still a dictatior, what do you mean by “change!” . we have to be more active!

  13. DorotaAusPolen says:

    Russia China USA

  14. DOMINIC Gauthier says:

USA China Russia = 3 powerful nations that have the Atomic bomb & many other kinds also… well i think! presently we don’t live on the Earth but on many bombs…

    Hi Melissa!
I’ve just re-discovered your album (I used to listen to it 2 years ago..) and in these days I’m singing Followed the waves so many times that I think even the walls knows it!
I’m from Milan (Italy) and I’m gonna sing again with a rock band (I just stopped for a year beacause of too much anxiety) and I think I will include Followed the waves in my future playlist 😉
I just find it amazing that you have a blog where we can communicate with you..
Your music is angelic and magic and very sensual!
    We need it!
I wanna hear you again in Italy!!!
    Bye!

  25. DorotaAusPolen says:

Allo! Allo! Melissa! It is time for another misty confession my dear…I am just in the middle of discovering Joni Mitchell and amazing rage against the machine bass lines…I am a little bit sad and I’ve felt uncomfortable these days, too many times( deep heavy clouds, raining for days raining for nights-I love rain but eveything has it’s limits; people like zombies, not bothered to look you in the eye: where am I?I’m in England) so I’m trying to feed my heart … please feed me too. Where are you?

  26. DorotaAusPolen says:

I’m reading To kill a Mockingbird to amuse myself to be somewhere else, so I’m in Alabame for another couple of weeks. It shouldn’t rain so hard. Must be the climate changing thing.

  27. DorotaAusPolen says:

    pardon me! Alabama!

  28. DorotaAusPolen says:

yes I must be weird because tonight is memory night musical memory, so I’ve found Marilyn Manson performing Alabama song — bleeee, I’m looking for the song from Mechanical Animals I think it’s white coma, Jim Morrisson was much better in performing that song because he was raelly looking for whisky and without it he could not made it trough the night. Bless

  29. DorotaAusPolen says:

    sorry again! coma white!

  30. DorotaAusPolen says:
